Ok, again I'm super new to bantams and specific breeds of chickens. I just got this little Roo? He has rough looking feet from mites so I'm keeping him by himself. I think he's a BB RED rooster, or I thought until I found an egg in there!!! It has a large comb, and Spurs, no long tail feathers hough so I thought maybe they got broken off.

This is probably unlikely, but is possible that the chicken you adopted has an ovary infection. What happens is once the ovary has been damaged the hen may crow and once she molts could grow male feathers and possibly grow spurs . Once their body fights off the infection she will start to lay eggs again and the next molt she will grow back hen feathers. There is a possibility that your "rooster" is just a hen that has overcome an ovary infection, but has not yet molted to grow back her hen feathers. Like I said this is unlikely, but still possible.

Thanks!!! Maybe I missed he egg before I took the hen out, he's mean so I was in and out quickly!!! Lol losing my mind!
