How old is he? Can you look at the bottom of his footpads for any scab or cut, and at the joints of the foot and legs for swelling, redness. If you pick him up, can he move his legs at all, or is there any paralysis in either leg? Was he vaccinated for Mareks disease as a chick? Can you get some vitamins from a feed store, and put some in his water daily, in case of a vitamin deficiency. How are his poops looking? Is he drinking enough water, and make sure that he is close to water and food, such as placing him in a crate or basket with them in reach.

The bottom one can be fed orally, 3 ml daily.
