Rooster leaking clear fluids from beak

I just notice that my Roo was leaking clear fluids today. He is 10 weeks old and just moved outside with the other chicks. When I notice the fluid I picked him up and he hardly moved. I put him in a cage to watch over him and he just slept which was unlike him. He then feel over with his legs sprawled apart. We decided to move him back to the bun with the heat lamp and gave him food and water. It’s been 10 minutes and he has been eating the food nonstop

He’s doing better, he had sour crop, I felt it the next day!!!
