This bird is suffering badly and is going to die without immediate and I mean immediate medical help. This has been going on for far FAR too long. Please, if you possibly can, get him to an avian vet immediately. If that is not possible, at least call Peter Brown at First State Vet Supply (google and it will come up) right away and get his advice and any meds he says to use (but hurry as more time will be lost waiting for them to arrive and this bird was in dreadful shape days ago so I don't even think there's enough time you've waited so long) - cost to chat with him is extremely nominal.

Also, give him 3 drops of liquid Polyvisol children's vitamins (without added iron) daily. Dribble very gently along his beak line so he swallows on his own and doesn't choke. This is NOT going to remedy the problem but is a bit of nutrition to try to give him strength to hold on a bit longer. The situation remains immediately urgent.
