Rooster looks funny about the head - before and after pic

The picture says it all. He seems to be eating ok and other than him looking funny, he seems fine. I have 4 hens and him - they are my first chickens and I have had them for 2 years now. He was given to me as a youngster. Thank you for your time and help. His name is George.
