If you can catch him! Not sure if this is the right place for this post but wanted it directed towards Tampa Bay members. My friend works at MPDirect at 4800 126th Ave N, Clearwater, FL, 33762 and for the last 3 days they've had a rooster in the parking lot. She sent me a pic and he looks like a very healthy silver duckwig game cock. She's not sure if he belongs to someone in the area or was just dropped off. They called SPCA to get him but they said since he wasn't sick or injured they wont do anything.
