rooster loosing feathers on the neck

my rooster is loosing it's feathers around it's neak the hens are ok i have heard they pull them out when stressed but i want to be sure so if it is fleas or something i can wash them out

You can always give him a bath with flea soap if you are sure it is not the hens doing it. My hens would pull the feathers from my roo everynight while on the roost. Sevin dust will also work for fleas, lice and mites. Just don't get it in his eyes. Good luck.
