Rooster molting?

Do roosters molt? My big gorgeous buff Orpington roo is loosing feathers i see them all over the yard and his pen. He dust baths daily. I use d.e in pen too btw.....thanks

Oh okay, yeah i didnt know, im very new to chickens still. So do they do that once a year at this time? Thank you
