Rooster named Rocky..very proud of himself!

I have to share my story about Rocky. He is the same age as my girls..born April 1. He has mastered his crow and very proud of it. He has sorta mastered what he is there for (although he was supposed to be a she). He has one hen he seems to favor..do they do that?? Anyway, I let them out of their house at daybreak yesterday, he ran around looking for her, had his way with her and immediately flapped his wings and crowed loudly. Typical guy! Bragging! lol (sorry guys..couldn't resist it!)

He is a hoot! Struts around, always on the lookout. I don't think he knows what for, but he is ever on guard. Handsome thing...he's a Buff Catalana.

We too have a rooster that seems to favor 1 hen more than the others. Yes, they are a hoot.
