In the Brooder
Lol i just got 2 golden brabanters i believe a hen and a rooster, about 2 days ago and hes a real scardy cat. I know you keep them quaritined but i just wanted to see howd they react and my hens put him down, really just my main hen the isa brown the others arent even interested in them. Ive done this plenty of times but they ignore eachother never seen it like that lol. My established flock is 3 hens a isa brown and 2 leghorns now since its summer they have been sleeping right by my porch and not in the coop.the brabnaters are in the coop i was going to leave them alone in there for probably another week i was going to do it today but i feel 2 days was not long wnough for him to know his home.i know people say 30 days but they act fine eating and drinking walking around except i did see the rooster poop and it was liqiud now i seen my hens do it when they were young but im just gonna keep an eye out. I dont know how old they are mine hens just started to lay and the branter i havnt seen lay a egg so far. The lady i bought it from said he has crowed twice?? I guess he doesnt like to lol idk. But if anyone could help me figure out a way to do this or lemme know something im not doing itd be much appreciated
