Rooster not walking/paralized?

Hello!, i really wish i could post to these with better news most of the time, by my rooster (He is a Jersey giant, 7mths) has suddenly stopped walking, he can stand for a short while, but then he returns to sitting on his hawks and feet, and now one of his eyes wont open, Im worried its mareks disease, but i dont feel any external bumps or issues (i hope theres none internally) he is eating and drinking, and his poo is a little watery at times but usually consistent but i really dont know, Ive had him one vitamin b supplements sense we separated him from his girls, we noticed everything two to three days ago and hes been inside does anyone have any hope? Or is it best to just comfort him, i really dont want to loose him but i dont want him to suffer either, hes been the sweetest roo

Edit: He has opened both his eyes after getting some egg to eat
