Rooster not well, what else do I need to check for a thorough exam?

I have a 25 week old Araucana rooster who has been unwell for about a week. (For those who know me, this is NOT the auction mistake roo! And his problems started way before the sick one was here.) My biggest concern is his lethargy and his comb and face are losing red color. He is pretty still, doesn't really want to move, but yet he will run like crazy if I try to catch him (although not as fast as before) and he does get up and move about the big enclosure, but then kind of sits when he gets where he is going. He perches in his normal spot at night. He seems kind of fluffed, not like the winter, but not tight-feathered. His crop seems OK, emptying in the morning and although I don't see him eat I can feel food in there. I have seen him drink. He is not crowing AT ALL. I don't see evidence of lice or worms. I do see an unusually dirty poopy bum, but no pasting up for sure. NO RESPIRATORY symptoms whatsoever, none.

This is what I have done: Sulmet in the water, yogurt, Ivemectrin Pour On (yesterday). Nothing seems to help and he seems to not really get worse but definately not better. Another thing I tried is to get rid of a young roo I had in the same enclosure. The young roo had started to dominate him so I thought maybe it was a simple as he was depressed or not getting enough food/water if the other roo was keeping him away. The removal of the bully roo has caused no change.

What else can I try with him? Any thoughts on what it could be?
