My rooster always used to run when I chase him but he jump on my window which is small so he had to jump quick and now he nice but it might of been cause it was dark out and couldn’t see me fully could he be hurt?

Don't chase chickens. Remember, to him a human is a terrifying giant whose motives he doesn't know. Imagine an elephant running at you, you'd probably want to get out of there as fast as possible. I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but I'd say stop chasing him, and if you want him to be friendly, the best way to do that is to sit down with some treats and let him come to you.
