Rooster or bulky female?

This is my chicken in question? Almost 27 weeks. And still not laying. Could be because of winter. But what do you guys think? Rooster or bulky hen?

girl. Some just take a little longer. When she was hatched, light was already decreasing. When she got to typical laying age, she was at the darkest period of the year. As light has been increasing over the past 6 weeks, and she has a pretty red comb and wattles, I'll bet you don't have much longer to wait!

If she has hatchmates who are already laying I'd avoid hatching her eggs so as not to perpetuate the late developer trait.
