Rooster or Hen? about 11/12 weeks

we bought 30 pullets around February 28th but here recently noticed this one is WAY bigger than others, he/she has more fluffled up tail feathers, the comb and wattle are redder & bigger than the others

My guess is pullet - I don't see feathers typical of a roo - but I'm a novice at ID.

At 11 weeks old thats a lot of wattle development. Then again, the shape of the body seems more pullet-like to me, at least. Honestly not sure.

I'm seriously thinking a rooster... It's just so much bigger than the others. My friend said she's 100% sure it is and my grandma too.... My grandma said we need to get rid of him, said they're mean. It's a Rhode island red, if he/she turns out to be a rooster are they mean?
