Rooster or Hen? Easter egger?

This chick was sold to me at 4 weeks old as a hen, now I'm not so sure. No crowing so far and haven't noticed any mounting behavior. Either way this beauty is staying with me! just want to know what yall think. Very sweet and about 16 weeks old.

No way the seller knew what gender it was at 4 weeks unless it was hatchery sexed (90% accuracy there) or had it DNA sexed.
