Rooster or hen? My EE

My Easter egger is 3 months old and she(he) looks different from the other girls has long tail feathers that sometimes stand up and they are very colorful. And is also forming the waddle on the head when the others aren't. She (he) hasn't started crowing that's why I'm having a hard time telling. Thanks for your help!
