Rooster or hen? Or Henster?

I have 2 cornish cross birds that I am not 100% positive on gender. I think the all black one is a roo, but not sure. They were hatched June 12th.

If they are only 9wks, I would say they are both roos.

Thank you. All the others are hens for sure. I don't know why I had such trouble with these two. They don't act like roos where as other roos of the same age do. They also look more like a rooster by this age usually.
