Rooster or Hen-RI Red and Double-laced Barnevelder

Please help. They are about 16 weeks. I am worried that one or the other may be a rooster. Thank you.

Thank you! I was worried because both had pointed and curved tail feathers. What gives it away?

Lack of comb development is a big giveaway, along with the rounded feathers near the tail.
