Rooster or hen? What breed?

Mr. Kackadoodledoo is a little over three months old. I'm not sure what breed he is. Some people think buff Orpington. I'm also not sure if it's a hen or roo. Leaning toward roo. But, he's super sweet (like my baby) and gets picked on by other hens his age. Also the other roosters in his bunch have "picked" their hen while he/she hasn't. Any ideas?

buff Orpington cockerel. Orps can be slow to mature and they're pretty docile, so the males don't always make themselves known until later.
