Looks like a nice pullet getting close to the point of lay.

Compared to the pullet behind it in the last picture, it appears to be a rooster.

The barring is a bit on the light side for a pullet, but it happens sometimes and I agree with Ol Grey Mare that it is a pullet. That bright red comb and wattles means that she is close to laying. )
