Rooster or hen

I have a 3 week old Silkie and I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's a rooster or hen. It's probably still early to tell, but just wanted to see if anyone knows. Thanks!

Silkies are extremely difficult to sex before 4-5 mos. of age and sometimes not till they lay or crow. If I guess rooster - that's all it is a random guess, so don't hold me to it.

Is this a hatchery silkie?
