Rooster or hen

I believe my chickens are 18 week old Rhode Island reds. This little guy however is looking to be more like a rooster than a hen. In comparison to my other hens, she/he has the largest comb and brightest tail feathers. He/she is also more dominant and vocal. Any opinions or thoughts?

I am leaning towards rooster, do you have a pic of the tail feathers?

I too am guessing cockerel but would like a profile shot showing saddle and hackle feathers.

Some hens can grow combs faster than other hens but judging by the blue/green feathers growing on the neck and tail I would say rooster.
