Rooster or hen

We got this little beauty from Rural King along with 2 others (for sure pullets)They came as sexed pullets but this one has me unsure( black and white one) They were labeled as Amerucana. Can someone please give me some input on whether or not my little bindie Sue is a rooster or hen? Born February 8th.

The three row pea comb, hackle/saddle/tail feathers, and redness of comb for that age all indicate it being a cockerel.

Wahhhh

I had my suspicions but then kind of just blew it off. Well when I saw the glistening green/blue feathers on the tail I was like oh shoot I need to ask experienced people!! I have 13 chickens and where I live no boys aloud so he's got to find a home. Man, I love this chicken so much!
