Rooster or Hen?

Hello,

My friend found a chicken in their front yard which wasn’t claimed by anyone, so I brought it home. They told me it’s a hen, but it doesn’t look like my hens at all, so I’m suspecting it might be a rooster but I really don’t have enough experience with chickens to know. I’m not allowed to keep a rooster in my city, so it’s very important for me to know which it is. Could someone help me by looking at photos?

The comb looks like a rooster but I don't see any pointed feathers on it's back or hackles. So I'm not sure which it is. Could you get a better picture of it's back feathers? the body looks like a female's body.

If it doesn't have spurs, and it hasn't crowed, I think it's probably a hen.

If it were a male it would have male feathering,plus it’s an adult,it’s a Defiantly female.Combs aren’t really what Seperate hens from roosters as many hens have huge combs.

Hen, no saddle nor hackle feathering and don't see that sickle tail feather

here are more photos of its behind, just confirming if everyone still thinks its a hen? she looks really different from my two other buff orpington hens! Just want to be 100 percent sure, thanks everyone!
