i think this is a white cochin bantam but im not too sure, also does anyone have an idea on the gender?

Looks Cochin to me, I would say pullet

it’s a little early to tell for 7 weeks but it’s comb is pretty big for a 7 weeker. If it’s age is true i lean more towards cockerel

Welcome to BYC. The bird is a frizzled cochin, and if it is only 7 weeks old it is most likely a cockerel. If it is older than that, it may very well be a pullet.
