Rooster or Hen

Hi everyone, I have a small flock 6 Silver Laced Wyandotte and 6 Amberlink. Of course my favorite chicken so far is definitely a Rooster. I was disappointed because I live in a neighborhood and won't be able to keep him. Now it looks to me like a may have ANOTHER rooster! Can anyone tell by these pic's? The first pic is Arthur (formerly Polly). The next 3 pic's are the one I am not certain of. Tail feather's say yes? Not sure if I see saddle feather's. Thanks for any input!!

I love Arthur...I am going to keep him until he starts to crow and see if any of my neighbor's notice, lol. They are pretty tolerant neighbor's and we have worse dog's barking so finger's crossed.

Yes, I got them all at the same time from a local feed store around June 15th
