Rooster or hen???

Hi I'm new to chickens. Is this a hen or rooster (white one). Any help would be much appriciated

Yeah, the second pic shows some pretty long, pointy saddle feathers, and you can see them in the first pic after you notice them in the second. I vote rooster!

Also no crowing so if it is a rooster do they not always crow?
