Rooster or Hen?

We got 4 chicks that were sold as baby hens, but 1 of them has been making different noise in the morning the last few days. That one and also one other in the group of 4 are also definitely bigger than the other 2. My 7 year old is the reason for the chickens and she’s amazing with them, but she’ll be devastated if we have to give 1-2 away if they turn out to be roosters (not allowed where we live). Can you help identify? They’re about 4 months old or so (and we love them! :)) Thank you so much!

Pic 1 (all black chick—maybe a black star or black copper Martin breed?) is the one starting to make crow like noises.
Pic 2 (barred rock breed i think)

First one definitely a rooster you can tell by the tail which you can compare to some of your other hens. The second I think is also a cockerel because of the comb and wattle development
