Rooster or Hen??

So back in April or May we went and got 10 baby chicks (4 Americanas, 3 Rhode Island Reds and 3 Plymouth Rock), which we were told they were all hens. But today my husband calls me and says he thinks one of the hens is infact a rooster because it started crowing! I didn't believe him but then I heard the video and it legit is crowing. So whats your thoughts the more I study it, I am seeing more and more signs of a rooster. I just figured it would have started crowing sooner than just now, am I wrong?
