Rooster or hen?

My brother is raising chickens but he had two roosters a year ago and the neighbors complained because they couldn't sleep at night.

But one Hen was born two chicken now and I'm wondering which one is a rooster or hen.

Maybe the pictures are not good quality due to their movements.
