Rooster or hen

So I got these chicks April 5th at tractor supply and now that they are older I'm really worried this one could be a rooster since it has no tail feathers. They are suppose to be hens but I know how that is. I don't even see any feathers growing growing in the other one has a full tail already. Could something be wrong with it it seems very healthy otherwise. I think that it's breed is a red sex link. Thank you.

Here's what I found:

In Red Sex Links, for example, the female chicks are red and the male chicks are yellow at hatch.

That's what makes them sex-links. They are identifiable at hatch as to sex.

X3. Pullet for sure. A red sex link cockerel would be mostly white, with red colour leakage on his wings.

I have found tail growth (or lack thereof) to be a very unreliable indicator when sexing
