Rooster or hen?

Hi I have a silver laced cochin named Eliza but we might need to change her name to Esteban
She is about 12 weeks old now and growing every day her comb and waddles are also much bigger then all the other cochins even the other silver laced ones. If anyone could post an image of a silver laced cochin this age I would appriciate it.

Cockerel. No pullet should have combs/wattles that big and reddish and 9 weeks old. Sorry

Also I was wondering if cochins were loud roosters because if he isnt to noisy we might be able to keep him.
