rooster or hen

Can anyone please help me? I got chicks from a hatchery and they were all supposed to be female but we had 1 rooster already. We think this bird may be a rooster, but if so, its not very vocal, but it is a lot meaner than the other hens. Can anyone give me some insight on this pretty bird please?

Rooster.

Has nothing to do with the spurs forming--even pullets can have spur nubs.

Everything to do with the saddle feathers coming in in front of the tail. See the shiny, skinny, pointy, long feathers just in front of the tail? Only roosters have them.
