Rooster or Hen?

I have an 8-9 week old Barred Rock that I believe is a rooster (see pic below). Please tell me how you see this one:

I would say it's a rooster as well. See how much comb and wattle development it has, and also how red it is? That wouldn't be there on a pullet. Also, for its age - its legs look too thick for a pullet.
