Rooster or hen

We were suppose to have 8 hen's but you know how that goes, this is a picture of one of my rhode island red's she's 8 weeks old, can you tell by the picture if she is a rooster?

That's a boy. That comb is huge and red.

At 8 weeks, that is a cockerel.

It's funny because he is the smallest out of them all, but that crown grew fast but the feathers are slow growing and his legs are huge! Oh well hate to hear that, we aren't allowed rooster's here, I will have to find a home for him

I hate to get rid of him but no rooster's allowed in the city, If I give him to another person that lives on the farm will he be ok with another flock? I know i worry to much about my chickens lol
