I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes you get one of those birds that even experienced chicken farmers are not sure of the gender of until they either crow or lay an egg. I wish you had gotten the egg instead of the crow. (

Im not disappointed as long as he stays gentle and my neighbors don't complain. so excited! We got our first egg yesterday! Love my chickens
