I have a 1 year old Buff Brahma rooster and a 6 month old Buff Orpington rooster. The problem is they don't get along. I mean they don't fight or anything because the BO retreats when faced against the BB. The BB is alpha male. The BO is very scared of the BB. If he gets anywhere near the BB then he runs to a different part of the run. Should I separate them? Or what?

I agree. If you have enough hens and there's no blood being drawn the subordinate roo will learn to avoid the alpha.

2 roosters will fight more than if you have 3 or more because they can't get a good second spot established and just quit trying..so get more roosters! Really we have 8 in the rooster pens and we have the King of the pad but no one will try to take up second spot alone. There is a bunch of the next in lines then the few on the real bottom of the pack.No one fights in there.
It is one of our youngest that is King its all about attitude
