I have six chickens, with four hens and two roosters. They all got along, until we noticed the two males getting a little aggressive. As it turns out, one rooster, Piper, had fought the other rooster, Skipper, causing skippers comb to have a scratch and a small hole in it. We separated skipper from the rest so he could heal. We then noticed that Piper had tried hurting one of the hens, Thea. We put skipper back in the coop with the hens and took piper out. As of right now piper is in our old coop, by himself. We have a new coop arriving soon, so my question is when the new coop arrives, and we try to put piper back with the others, will they accept him back in? Will he try to attack the others again? We haven't had any problems with them up until now, and we really don't wanna get rid of him. Any advice for introudicing him back into the flock? Thanks!

2 roosters at adult/breeding age usually will not get along in a small place with just a few hens-----it will get Bloody I promise you. Choose the one you want and rehome the other or divide them with some ladies in two pens.

You're going to have to keep them separate. I don't know why but after a comb gets hurt the feelings of "im going to make you pay for that! "never really go away. Combs must be the equivalent of getting punted in the jewels.:(
