Hi everyone!
Help!!! I ended up with 4 roosters!
I already had one rooster (who is a jerk btw) and now that my chickens have grown 3 out of 5 are roosters.
So far (6 months old) they all seem to get along but I do know this will end up bad at some point. Any suggestions on what I should do? To summarize;
I have 12 chickens in total and 4 roosters.
Hrlp!
Thank you,
Jessica

Hello and welcome to BYC. To make you feel better my previous flock I got 14 chicks and 9 of the turned out to be roosters. You can keep them if you wanted to. Build a separate area for the extra roosters, give them away, eat them or get more hens. Multiple roosters can get a long depending on their personality. I have 2 currently and 5 hens. What is it that you feel inclined to do?

I haven't had good experience with a bachelor flock because they just pick one of the roosters and go after him all the time. Idk it might have just been the roosters personalities though. I am lucky because I have a friend who has a lot of property and will take them. Other than that idk, I eat the really mean ones because I never have good luck selling roosters.
