Thanks everyone for the replies ! The rooster is now gone my flock is very small with only 5 hens so that there wasn't enough hens for him or enough space in the coop for him.... especially if he is injuring other hens.
The Hen is recovering but the skin is not flat to her neck so her feathers puff out like there is a gumball hiding under her neck feathers
. Hopefully it will correct itself if not i guess I could try to fix it but a gap in feathers is not good for winter at -20 C (-5 F)..... o well play it out and see how it goes
