Rooster pussing

My rooster's bottom lobes are swollen and oozing puss. My wife says it looks like he has testicle hanging from his beak. He is not active. He is hudled in the sun. It has been cold here (Iowa) lately. I've had a heat lamp on them. My wife says he looks as if he isn't going to make it.

Any ideas on what is wrong with him?

To save him you might want to dub him. Then meds. It sounds like he got frostbite and it infected.

Very sharp scissors and you trim away the necrotic tissue on his wattles. Have some stiptic powder or cornstarch or flour handy just incase he bleeds.
