Anyone near central Michigan that can rehab a rooster? I have a white laced red cornish rooster that needs special care. He was brought in from our barn because he was having trouble walking. He stands up on one foot but won't put the other one down to stand on or walk. He is alert and eats and drinks very good. This morning he was rubbing his beak on the crate door to get food. I don't want to see him put down if he can be rehabbed and kept as a pet. I just don't have the facility or funds for him right now. Is there anyone that can help?
