You could arrange two separate coops/runs, so the roosters could be separate.
Otherwise, I think your best choice is to keep only one of the two, or to provide a lot more space and some clutter to let them get out of each other's sight.
There might be seasonal changes in behavior, but I would expect the hormone levels to be lowest in fall/winter, and highest in spring. That's driven by hours of daylight, not temperature, so "spring" could come pretty soon.
