So right now I have about 13 roosters. 1 adult that I have in my flock right now, and 12 other chicks that I know for sure are roosters. I'm most likely going to cull all these including the adult one, but I'm going to save 2 of them, and hopefully have them fill the role of rooster. I say 2 because they're both really pretty and already seem pretty docile. I've read that 2 roosters can be kept together if they've been raised together, which they have. I will have the 2 Roosters and 25 hens. One of them is a Brahma Dixie rainbow mix, and the other I don't fully know but I know it is half Dixie rainbow. Would this work? I've done the math and I have plenty of room for 27 chickens.

Yes, it will. Seperate them from the females when they’re 3-4 months, so they won’t gang breed hens. It’s where they team up on the slowest hen/pullet and mate her over and over after pinning her down.

The only way to know is to give it a try. When dealing with living animals, it's hard to predict. There are things that "usually" do or don't work, but there are always those who don't get the memo that they're supposed to act in a certain way.

A couple of years ago, I had two roosters and about 20 hens. They managed to split themselves up into two different flocks and each did their own thing. I had separated both flocks for the winter, so when I let them all back out in the spring, the boys had a couple of brief skirmishes, but then seemed to find their territories and didn't have any more conflicts.

25 hens and two roosters are a great number! How did you get so many Roos in the first place?
I hatched some eggs lol.

If they start fighting to near death I have a separate pen that can house one of them.

I'm separating them this Saturday lol

With plenty of space, and good luck, it will probably work out. Unless it doesn't; then rehome or eat one of them, and maybe raise chicks again, and raise a couple of cockerels.
Is your adult rooster too old, or is there another reason to cull him this year? Would he be the best boy to keep?

The old rooster is just really aggressive, every rooster I have gets really aggressive. Not protective, flat out aggressive. I walk by the coop and he jumps and tries to spur me through the fence. I try and dump anything in the coop like food, he jumps up and tries to spur my hands. I had a rooster when I was about 8 years old, a gigantic Rhode Island Red rooster, and he would let me hold him and pet him, and never went after me once. He sadly jumped off a hay bale and his spur got stuck in the string and he pretty much hung himself.
