I think my roosters spur may have got me when he jumped on me earlier. My skin wasn't punctured it just feels like I've had a jab and its bruising, got a bit of a bump too. Is there anything I should do to the wound or will it be fine since no skin was punctured? (Picture attached)

Just wash it well and dry it.
Now it's time to start a new thread in the Flock Management section to learn how to rehab the rooster. Don't go into their territory any more without long jeans and a long heavy long sleeve shirt on. I'd also take him off the roost at night and trim down and blunt his spurs.
Give this article a read and it might help you learn a bit why your boy is coming after you.
Some roosters are truly human aggressive to all humans. But I've found that most of what I've read, the rooster is only aggressive to one or a select few, so your own behavior modification will help improve his attitude.

DolbOVER, I’m knew n hope I am able to read what you’ve posted not sure how, but on my back because our baby Roos6months old got me bad, not good. I was down for 24 hours before well, after 2 days on antibiotics my doc said I caught it fast and didn’t possibly die, as it was weird. Usually all of my Roos are nice this guy is from Iraq I think, maybe a fighter because he’s a feisty guy. My fault I shouldn’t have turned my back on him or been in the run with shorts on. But thanks.
