I take hot bath with Epson salts. Buy a bag at Walmart.

I don’t have a bath tub unfortunately. I used to do that though at the last house. Anyways, the shower worked okay lol of course, now the pains are back but it lasted a little while anyway.

See, that's what beauty was in those days! I bet that woman weighed 240 lbs. They would look at our little 120-lb women of today and put them in the hospital to "put some meat on their bones!" I'm not fat, I'm just in the wrong era! (And for the record, I weigh nothing NEAR 240 lbs.!)

I do but I don’t feel too bad about it tbh. I’d like to lose eventually but not a ton but yeah.
