Rooster staying still non-stop drinking not eating

Hi all, in the evening i saw that my rooster was hiding. He was drinking a lot of water but not eating much. He also stays in the same spot. He was original a calm rooster that attacked rarely but now he's terrified of everyone except the hens. He used to chase the local birds but doesn't even look at them. We also have a second rooster, not sure if they fought.

Sounds as if he has been subordinated by the other rooster. It may be necessary to separate them if that is the case.

Yeah that's probably the case. But this morning he pooped out this white water like substance.
