Rooster stop crowing

Okay, I posted on here earlier about my rooster stopped crowing about 2 weeks ago when something got a hold of him, he crowed the other day at 2 pm. It's 9 pm and he's crowing. Well, he has always crowed different hours through the middle of the night but never at 9 pm. My dad thinks it's the heat lamps that's causing him to crow different hours of the night but he has always crowed different hours in the night. Is this normal?

They can crow at all hours, but...if something got a hold of him - then he may be crowing at night because the critter(s) are moving about - he hears or sees something that concerns him.

It's very possible if you have heat lamps on that emit light - he's awake (and so are your other chickens) An awake rooster crows.

Have you physically gone out there when he crows at night to see if he and the others are milling about?

Also, if they have light in the coop all night - do they have food/water in there?

Yes I've been out there when he crow's. We do have predators around because they have gotten my baby chick in the summer time. I left there door opened on a accident and something got a hold of one of my baby chick's. We mostly have raccoons and possums.
Oh yes, I make sure they have food and water. But the water is freezing as soon as I put it in something. I've been going out a lot through the day and giving them hot water and they love that. LOL I wipe there beeks and head off too, to make sure it doesn't freeze to them. They have kept me on my feet since it's been very cold.
Do they have heat lamps that doesn't show that much light? I'm just started with chickens back in August so I'm learning a lot on here. I might ask stupid questions too lol because I haven't done this before.

I have seen where some people use a ceramic heat lamp for reptiles - but I really don't know much about them or how safe they are.

More than likely if they have a light on all night, that may be partly why he is crowing.

No questions are stupid. We are all learning. Better to ask than br unsure and do something completely wrong. I keep my waterers in direct sunlight to prevent freezing. You will still have to cange it once maybe twice in the mornings. For me i take the waterers in at night and put them where the sun shines first in the yard.
