Rooster Toes on Hens????

I didn't know where to put this. It's really not an injury or disease. Just wondering if any of you have hens with rooster type toes? I have a Delaware with one and a Easter Egger with one. They are for sure hens, lay eggs and all. I've never seen this before. Any one have an explanation?

It can be common for some hens to have spurs. One of my 5 RIR sisters had spurs.

Those are spurs - not toes, and yes, sometimes hens develop them.

Sorry I called em "toes". I know they are spurs, just had a senior moment! I have raised chickens for 10 years and these are the very first two I've seen! Thanks for your kind responses.

Swedish flower hens have spurs also.
